Los Santos, San Andreas — Tragedy has struck the Los Santos Police Department as one of their own, Sergeant Victor Slayter, 23, was discovered deceased today after being reported missing. While details remain scarce, authorities confirmed that Sergeant Slayter was found on the eastern side of the state. The Los Santos Police Department has yet to release further specifics about the location or circumstances surrounding his death.
In a public statement, the department’s Public Information Office revealed that “the circumstances around Sergeant Slayter’s death remain under active investigation. The Major Crimes Division is working diligently to uncover the facts, and the department is committed to providing updates as new information becomes available.”
Sergeant Slayter was a pillar within the LSPD, holding multiple leadership positions, including Field Training Officer Supervisor, Commander of the Canine Division, and Chief Editorial Officer for the Public Information Office.
“Sergeant Victor Slayter was an exemplary officer and a cherished member of our LSPD family. His commitment to public service, leadership, and compassion for others was unmatched. His loss is deeply felt across the department and the community he served so diligently,” said Captain Adam Vance in a statement from the department’s Public Relations Office.
Sergeant Slayter leaves behind his loyal canine partner, Slayer, and an extended family within the LSPD, who now mourn the loss of a beloved colleague and friend. Funeral arrangements are expected to be announced soon, and the department is asking for the community’s support and respect for the privacy of Sergeant Slayter’s family and colleagues during this difficult time.
