San Andreas-based rock group Iron Chain has struck a chord with their latest release, “Unspoken Tears,” a ballad that voices their support for suspended Blaine County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Chase Justice. The emotional lyrics delve into themes of betrayal, misunderstanding, and resilience, resonating deeply with Justice’s ongoing suspension saga.
Lead singer Ryder Steele expressed his dismay over the situation, stating, “We’ve been following Sgt. Justice’s career for years, and this whole suspension feels completely unjust. It’s shocking to see someone who has dedicated their life to serving the community be cast aside like this, without clarity or fairness.”

In a reaction from Sgt. Justice he stated, “This morning, my brother Vince told me to listen to the radio and I heard Iron Chain’s new song, Unspoken Tears. Hearing the story by DJ Clancy, I was moved beyond emotions. To hear Iron Chain, such a respected group of musicians write a song for me and others struggling has been moving. I truly hope to return and serve the residents of our great county and fine state soon!”
