Born and raised in Los Santos, Victor demonstrated an unwavering desire to protect and serve from a young age. In honor of Sergeant Slayter’s life and service, a memorial will be held at the Los Santos Police Department headquarters on Saturday, 8 PM ET, followed by a motorcade to the Hill Valley Church (269 West Eclipse Blvd, Los Santos) for burial service.
